Denmark
The coasts of Denmark offer innumrous opportunities to take a swim in the nude. The coast is more or less a continous sand beach where you by law have the right to bathe in the water and in the sun without any clothes.
Norway is a scarsely populated country with lots of fantastic nature: a very long coast line, lots of islands, deep fjords, a plethora of lakes and forests and last but not least mountains.
All this provides plenty opportunities to swim or be in the sun with or without clothes. If you prefer the nature as nature intended you may choose a free beach, also called nude beach, or you may search out a place of your own where you may be undisturbed.
Sweden is also very fortunate regarding nature and access to clean, fresh water. The laws and regulations allow free access to this in a way that is not common in most other countries. You are also, by law, allowed to take a swim or just lay in the sun without any clothes anywhere as long as you are not behaving provokative in public places.
Sweden have close to 100.000 lakes of various sizes and floods and rivers with a total length of about 60.000 km. Our cost line is around 7.600 km not counting the shores of all the islands. The possibilities are almost infinite.
All this water is located along the coast, in forests and moutainous areas that by law are open to public on foot, in canoes or on bicycles.
The Swedish laws and regulations applicable to nudity are a bit more problematic to present. However, as long as you behave with decency and try to avoid offending other people you will be on the safe side!
There are laws and regulations that ensure the public access to the Swedish nature and the possibility to enjoy the nature with or without any clothes. The rules applicable can be found under the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency (Naturvårdsverket) on their Home Page.
